Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express credit cards are accepted along with payments by cash or debit card. Finanicing is also available through Goldstock.


All orders will be sent Fedex Express or UPS. All online orders will be sent FedEx 2nd-Day or UPS Ground. Any other option will have an additional charge. All return shipping is at the expense of the customer. Goldstock Jewelers is not responsible for any delays in shipping due to inclement weather or any delay issued by the carrier service.


Orders cannot be canceled once the order has been shipped. All special orders are final.


All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt within 30 days. Exchanges or store credit ONLY. No cash or credit card refunds will be given, all refunds will be store credit minus a 20% restocking fee. All special orders are final sale, no refund or store credit will be given.

Jewelry Repairs

Goldstock offers a wide range of jewelry repair services. We can usually accomodate repairs on most fine jewelry. If an instance occurs where we are unable to size or repair a piece, it is the responsibility of the customer to find a jeweler to make the necessary repair.
